Where maintenance may expand into refurbishment, we will discuss the extent of works required, impact on your business and Health and Safety requirements.  We can provide advice on design work, or work from 3^rd party schedules and designs as required.

Where large refurbishment works are planned, we provide a full project management service as Principle Contractor.
