Shower Room and WC Installment

Premier Logistics - are one of the UK's most progressive transport companies. They specialised in all aspects of logistics, UK and European; including palletised distribution, warehousing, Irish distribution and innovative solutions. 

The Works: 

We were required to remove the old WC and welfare facilities for an old logistical company, and construct a new set of shower/welfare facilities for their staff. In order for us to create the new individual shower cubicles, we were required to carry out a full removal of the existing facilities, and develop a new scheme to meet the client’s requirements. We were able to design in 4 x new bespoke shower cubicles, which included 1 x ambulant cubicle which incorporated a WC and basin.  

Our brief was to form an easily maintainable set of facilities which were hard wearing and fit for purpose. To do so, we had to undertake a completely new installation. We removed all associated redundant pipework, and took up the existing floor finish to the area required for the drainage amendment. We carried out a removal of the existing WC's and carefully dismantled the cubicle system; set that aside for reinstatement to allow the floor sheet to be installed. 

To match the companies colour branding, we put into place full hygienic wall panelling for easy clean and stylish finishes. New Altro flooring was put down with heat welded joints as well as a false ceiling with inset LED lights, PIR sensor and hand dryers. We installed a bespoke vanity unit, which was made using mirrors, inset sinks and sensor taps; we also installed new low profile shower trays with non-concussive shower valves.
